Day to day Advice

One of the forms of cooperation we offer to our clients, which happens to be the one they choose most frequently, is the provision of on-going advisory services. It involves attending to our clients’ current legal and tax problems, including:

• preparation of written tax opinions on all or selected aspects of current activities;
• analysis of contracts or other legal documents to check for correct drafting and to optimize tax burdens; 
• telephone consultations on tax matters regarding current activities; 
• email consultations on problematic issues (including matters discussed in telephone consultations); 
• representation in on-going contacts with tax authorities (preparing filings, personal visits to tax offices, etc.); 
• participation in meetings; arrangements made during meetings may be confirmed by written opinions upon request.

We render on-going tax law advice to a number of institutions and companies (including companies with foreign and/or state shareholdings) in a wide range of business sectors in Poland. The provision of on-going advisory services allows us to gain a detailed insight into our clients’ business and tax situation, which has a positive impact on the suitability and efficiency of the solutions we offer.

Our fees for this type of support typically take the form of a fixed monthly sum.
