Ireneusz Krawczyk

Ireneusz Krawczyk is a legal counsel and partner at Spółka Doradztwa Podatkowego Actio, a member of Ożóg group. He has thirteen years of professional experience behind him, including eight years as a legal counsel. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Warsaw University.

In 1993-2001 he worked at the Finance Ministry, becoming the Deputy Director of the Local Taxes and Cadastre Department in 1999. In 2001-2002 he acted as Head of Legal at Bank Ochrony Środowiska S.A. in Warsaw. In 2002-2006 he managed  the tax department at the law firm of Chałas i Wspólnicy and since March 2006 he has been working with Ożóg group companies.

He has lectured at many training sessions on tax law designed for legal counsel, tax advisors, chief accountants and notaries, and is the author of numerous articles on tax law, commentaries to tax acts, including the latest commentary to the recent amendments to the Tax Ordinance (published by C.H. Beck).

Ireneusz Krawczyk provides day-to-day services to businesses in the area of tax, labor and corporate law. As counsel he represents corporations in tax, audit and court proceedings, including in actions before the Supreme Administrative Court. In his professional work, he combines practical aspects of tax law application with a thorough theoretical background.
