Local taxes, including taxes on real estate and vehicles, are a frequently ignored area of potential tax optimization.
That is why we created a special-purpose Local and PCC Taxes Team to advise our clients by preparing local tax analyses and optimizations.

The team prepares contract analyses on an ex ante and ex post basis (including agreements bearing the hallmarks of innominate contracts), as well as analyses of other civil law transactions in terms of the obligation to pay civil law transaction taxes.
